About me

It all began in late 2007, a simple idea fuelled by a deep passion. I started training as an Energy Assessor just before the Domestic EPC scheme started (2008). Since that time, I have built up considerable expertise and completed numerous qualifications in Energy Advice, Retrofit, and Renewables. I also worked for the Accreditation Boards and Further Education in Auditing, Training and Developing Energy Assessors. 

I have a wealth of experience and have completed over 5,500 EPCs for almost every conceivable type, age and design of domestic building. From a 15th-century farmhouse to an ultra-modern penthouse and everything in between. Customers included large and small private landlords, as well as social housing providers (East Devon District Council, Sovereign, and Plymouth City Council).
